Nice stealthy enclosure, maintain trunk space, good VAS (1.4 ft^3), excellent sound. This reference series infinity (single voice coil) is driven by 130W. I stuffed the enclosure with polyfill to eliminate the resonant overtones and it produces a smooth bass response. At 30Hz, it's deafening. Range of response 30Hz->80Hz w/ 12db/octave crossover from 80Hz and up. Having the bass impact the rear hatch window with the windows even only partially open creates a bandpass effect (a box within a box) and the rear window has a good resonant frequency of about 30Hz (and complimentary frequencies on up). Take advantage of the glass and point your speakers up at it. You wont be disappointed. A 12" is about as big as you want to go else the response starts to suffer and the bass gets muddled. The stock tirewell capacity is 1.2 ft^3, but I pounded the bottom down to gain a little more for the speaker I used and I measured a little over 1.4ft^3 after the pound. Time: About 5 hours total.
